Job description

You will manage driver engagement and support in your region, ensuring smooth operations across different driver tiers. This role involves direct communication with drivers and collaboration with the Regional Network Manager.

Remote, US (Central Time or Mountain Time preferred)
$22-$26/hr
1-3+ years of experience in driver or contractor engagement, dispatch, or account management
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience

The work

Provide high-touch support to Tier 1 Commander and Copilot drivers
Support onboarding and engagement for Tier 2 drivers
Identify and manage Tier 3 drivers for removal from the network
Manage the driver case queue in Salesforce, triaging escalations
