2+ years of experience in vendor/partner management or network operations
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Skills: Go, Salesforce or comparable CRM

The work

Build and maintain relationships with agent partners, monitoring performance closely
Manage agent scorecard for quality, reliability, and coverage
Oversee agent onboarding and operational processes in partnership with Procurement
Lead performance review conversations with agent partners based on scorecard data
