You will manage the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Details

Remote work from the Philippines
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, PivotTables)
Experience with automated AP and expense management workflows required

The work

Triage AP inbox and manage incoming invoices and vendor inquiries
Process full-cycle invoices from receipt through payment
Reconcile driver payments and employee expenses for compliance
Maintain vendor records in NetSuite and Bill.com
