Several years of professional experience in quality management or a comparable position
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Very good command of English; German language skills are an advantage

The work

Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations
Lead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and operations
