Lehi, Utah, in-office 4-5 days per week
USD$125,000 - 160,000 on-target earnings (OTE)
1-2 years of experience managing a BDR or SDR team
SaaS experience required, eCommerce experience preferred

The work

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 to 8 BDRs
Own the outbound pipeline number for North America
Run daily call blocks and live coaching sessions
Build and refine outbound sequences and objection handling frameworks
