You will manage agency partnerships to drive growth within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and enabling strategic agency partners.

United States, not remote
USD $130,000 - USD $150,000 OTE
5-7 years of experience in partnerships or agency management
Bilingual (Mandarin preferred but not required)

Identify, recruit, onboard, and grow strategic agency partners
Develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies
Own the health and performance of the agency portfolio
Design and evolve a scalable agency partner program
