You will lead northern operations at Air North, ensuring safe and reliable air service for communities. This role involves hands-on leadership, operational oversight, and building strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Details

Whitehorse, Yukon, frequent travel to northern outstations
At least 4 years of experience in aviation, 3 years in management
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, or proof of right to work in Canada

The work

Oversee safe and efficient aircraft handling and passenger service
Monitor operational performance and lead teams during irregular operations
Support compliance with Transport Canada and company policies
Build and maintain relationships with airport authorities and local communities
