Job description

You will lead the baking department and prepare a variety of baked goods for Air North. This is a full-time position based in Whitehorse, Yukon.

The work

  • Prepare food production for the retail/baking department
  • Bake a variety of products from scratch for flights and retail
  • Assist with training of new staff
  • Ensure sanitary cooking conditions and safe food handling
