$170,000—$221,000 USD salary
10+ years in program management, with 5+ years in complex hardware + software programs
Ability to travel to customer sites up to 30% of the time

The work

Own the Customer Acceleration Program engagements from kickoff to sustained operations
Drive cross-functional execution and remove blockers for successful deployment
Build and maintain customer relationships through transparency and data
Define and track delivery KPIs reflecting actual customer outcomes
