$162,000—$210,000 USD salary
10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Reliability Engineering
5+ years of direct people management experience

The work

Establish and monitor key field quality metrics for deployed products
Lead a team in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventive Action processes
Implement immediate containment protocols for critical field escalations
Serve as a bridge between various engineering and operational teams
