You will provide technical processing support to the Technical Team and Broking Divisions. This role involves managing workloads and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

CII Cert, or equivalent relevant technical knowledge and experience
Understanding of insurance principles and the policy lifecycle

The work

Complete standard and non-standard processing with moderate guidance
Own and prioritise workload to meet service levels and accuracy standards
Perform quality control checks on other technicians’ work
Train and support less experienced colleagues as required
