You will support customers by resolving technical issues and ensuring our products operate smoothly. This role requires strong communication and collaboration with various teams.

The work

Respond to 10-12 customer tickets per day via Zendesk
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate as needed
Collaborate with EPD teams on issue resolution
Work on projects to improve internal and external processes
