Knowledge of Encompass LOS

The work

Process and manage a pipeline of 30-50 home equity loans
Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients and internal teams
Gather and analyze documentation for underwriting approval
Adapt to changing mortgage guidelines and maintain productivity standards
