Job description

As a Brokerage Operations Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in various operational domains at Robinhood's Chicago office. You'll work on projects that enhance performance and customer trust through data analysis and process improvement.

Chicago, IL, in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
$28 USD per hour
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with expected graduation in Winter 2027/Spring 2028

The work

Learn the operations of FINRA-registered broker-dealers
Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements
Support technical projects like reconciling datasets and building dashboards
Deliver a capstone project addressing a real operational challenge
