$146,700—$203,800 USD based on location and experience
7–10+ years of experience in knowledge management or operational training

The work

Own the knowledge framework and define documentation standards
Govern adoption and quality of documentation across risk operations
Partner with internal and BPO teams to set training and certification requirements
Define and report metrics to show program improvements over time
