Join Mercury's Customer Support team to assist startups with their financial needs. You'll provide solutions and support while building strong relationships with users.

$43,300—$58,400 USD based on location
2+ years of experience in Customer Experience / Customer Support
Fixed schedule: Monday - Friday from 11:00am PT to 8:00pm PT

The work

Answer user questions over chat, email, and phone
Handle user account requests and teach customers how to use the product
Identify systemic flaws that lead to user problems
Communicate users' needs to partner banks and improve their products
