Job description

You will oversee the billing lifecycle for Instacart's Marketplace retailers while ensuring compliance and accuracy. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance billing operations and support growth.

Details

Remote work available in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia
Salary range: $95,000—$100,000 CAD
5+ years of experience in Billing Operations or related fields
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and at least one billing platform

Oversee billing operations and ensure accurate invoicing
Develop and maintain billing policies and quality standards
Build dashboards and KPIs to track billing health
Scope and deliver billing system enhancements and automation
