You will oversee the billing lifecycle for Instacart's Marketplace retailers while working remotely. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure accurate invoicing and operational efficiency.

Remote work from any U.S. State except California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington
$84,000—$88,500 USD for certain states, $92,000—$97,000 USD for others
5+ years of experience in Billing Operations or related fields
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and at least one billing platform

The work

Oversee billing portfolios and ensure accurate day-to-day operations
Develop and maintain billing policies, SOPs, and quality standards
Build dashboards and KPIs to track billing health
Scope and deliver billing system enhancements and automation opportunities
