You will manage the billing lifecycle for Instacart's retail partners while working remotely from Canada. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle high-volume workloads accurately.

$72,000—$76,000 CAD
2+ years of experience in billing operations or similar role
Skills in SQL and familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems

The work

Execute monthly billing cycles accurately and on time
Process credit memos, debit memos, and refunds
Build and maintain Oracle workbooks for contracts
Respond to billing inquiries and support audit requests
