Experience in a similar role preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field highly preferred

Collaborate with account teams to provide technical support
Define technical success plans for customers
Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of Elastic solutions
Identify and eliminate technical frictions for smoother implementation
