You will support patent prosecution and manage IP portfolios at Elastic. This role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure legal compliance and protection of innovations.

United States, in-office position
2–5+ years of experience in patent prosecution or intellectual property law
JD from a US law school or LLB from a Canadian law school preferred
Admission to the US or Canadian Patent Bar required

The work

Support patent prosecution and invention harvesting processes
Manage Elastic's global patent, copyright, and trademark portfolios
Assist with brand protection strategies and IP enforcement
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product launch readiness
