You will support Discord's ad sales leaders by building systems and processes from the ground up. This role requires hands-on work in revenue forecasting and pipeline management in the San Francisco Bay Area.

$232,000 to $261,000 base salary plus equity and benefits
9+ years of experience in strategy and operations or sales operations

Own revenue forecasting and pipeline management
Define pipeline and business health metrics on Salesforce
Lead strategic assessments for new opportunities
Analyze sales cycle trends and conversion rates
