San Francisco Bay Area, in-office 3 days a week
$124,000 to $155,000 base salary plus equity and benefits
3+ years of IT Helpdesk support experience
Skills in managing backend IT systems (e.g. Okta, Jamf)

The work

Assist with day-to-day technology needs through the IT support queue
Support device setup, identity access, and endpoint security
Ensure reliability of conferencing and AV rooms for live events
Run onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees
