4+ years of experience in law firms or fintech
Law degree and admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction

Advise engineering, product, and design teams on spend management software features
Provide actionable legal advice on regulatory and commercial implications
Draft and maintain customer agreements and disclosures
Collaborate with cross-functional partners on compliance and product design
