Job description

You will help protect Brex and its customers from fraud and financial crime while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves collaborating with various teams to manage risk and communicate effectively with clients.

Details

Vancouver, in-person training required
$28.00–$30.00 CAD per hour
Experience in customer experience, operations, and risk management
Availability to work scheduled hours between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PT

The work

Access systems and document actions taken to service customers
Communicate with customers and financial institutions to assess potential fraud
Support cross-functional teams on high-risk accounts
Review and assess the validity of customer documentation
