  • 8+ years of experience in contract management
  • 3+ years of experience managing International Contracts
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Top-Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required

The work

  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle for DoD, FMS, and DCS programs
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and non-U.S. laws and regulations
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts
  • Serve as the primary contractual point of contact with government and industry partners
