The work

  • Address customer support tickets related to payments and refunds
  • Monitor customer accounts and assist with cash receipts and reconciliation
  • Prepare daily/monthly journal entries in the ERP system
  • Process refunds, credits, and payment issues in Admin, Stripe, and Avalara
