The work

Lead and develop a team of 7-8 Customer Success Managers
Drive customer retention and satisfaction across a portfolio of $15M-$20M in ARR
Own portfolio forecasting processes and customer health reviews
Collaborate with Sales and other departments to enhance customer experience
