Job description

You will manage the recruitment process and employee support for our logistics team. This role combines HR responsibilities with a focus on labor law in Hamburg and Lensahn.

Details

Hamburg, with visits to Lensahn twice a month
Experience in operational HR with a focus on recruiting and employee support
Knowledge of German labor law
Experience with Personio or similar HR systems

The work

Manage the entire recruitment process for the logistics site
Develop new recruiting channels and assess their effectiveness
Provide comprehensive employee support from onboarding to offboarding
Implement labor law measures in coordination with the Head of HR
