Remote-first, can work from Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
Fluent in German and English

Run onboarding and enablement across ElevenLabs' platform
Advise customers on production deployment and monitor usage data
Own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business
Identify and drive expansion opportunities and renewals
