$62,000 - $74,000 annual salary, eligible for performance bonus and equity
4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related role
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

The work

Prepare and issue customer invoices according to contractual terms
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely payment
Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable reports and aging schedules
Support invoicing and collections activities across multiple business lines
