You will enhance sales execution and drive revenue growth across multiple portfolio companies in the DACH region. This role involves direct sales management and collaboration with Business Unit leaders to improve pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy.

The work

Drive new and expansion bookings growth across the cluster
Act as sales manager for one or more Business Units
Improve forecast reliability across Business Units
Produce a written diagnostic and prioritised action plan for each Business Unit
