As a working student, you will support the IT team in daily operations at an international software company. Your focus will be on system operations, client management, and software provisioning.

Hamburg, on-site work
Student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, cloud services, or networks is a plus
Fluent in German and English

The work

Support the operation and monitoring of IT systems
Assist in setting up and managing laptops and user accounts
Help with software provisioning and configuration
Document and process IT support requests
