Fluent in German and English (minimum C1)

Oversee the end-to-end recruiting process from kickoff to contract signing
Act as a trusted partner for hiring managers and contribute to decision-making
Build sustainable talent pools through active sourcing and employer branding
Optimize candidate experience and lead OKR projects with the team
