Remote within Germany
€52.5K – €70K salary
Multiple years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2)

Oversee customer lifecycle from onboarding to retention and expansion
Conduct onboarding sessions to help customers achieve measurable value
Analyze usage data and health scores to identify risks and opportunities
Create structured Customer Success plans and conduct business reviews
