You will support single-store restaurants in Berlin to ensure they are active and growing on the SIDES platform. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in customer success within a SaaS environment.

First experience in a customer-facing role required
Fluent in German or Dutch, good English

The work

Follow up on new accounts to ensure regular transactions
Contact customers upon termination and document reasons
Run upsell campaigns and qualify interest in additional modules
Answer customer inquiries and document interactions in the CRM
