Job description

You will support operations at SMARTVÉLO in Cologne, working closely with the Head of Operations. This role offers hands-on experience in a growing e-mobility company.

Details

Cologne, work from office
€15–€18 per hour, depending on experience
Full-time internship for 3–6 months or part-time student position (15–20 hours/week)
German and English required

The work

Maintain the fleet system, including vehicle uploads and transfers between hubs
Coordinate trips and operations in collaboration with the team
Develop and maintain Excel reports and assist with operational projects
Analyze service tickets and prepare data for reporting
