Studying in Informatics, Medical Informatics, Digital Health, or a related field
Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)

The work

Configure API gateways in hospitals to ensure reliable operation
Monitor API gateways and troubleshoot technical issues
Handle incoming support tickets and assist customers
Collaborate with the engineering team to create bug tickets
