You will manage the recruitment process for Sanoptis across six European countries. This role focuses on enhancing employer branding and optimizing recruitment strategies.

18-month contract as parental leave cover
5+ years of experience in recruiting or HR
Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)

Design and manage recruitment processes including job descriptions and candidate selection
Analyze recruitment metrics and derive data-driven actions
Manage internal and external recruitment partners and negotiate contracts
Implement and enhance the employer brand strategy on platforms like LinkedIn
