Reno / Sparks, NV, full-time (4–5 shifts per week)
$22.00 – $24.00+ per hour average all-in (12.00 base pay + uncapped profit share + customer tips)
Must be 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license
Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and maneuver 50 to 75+ lbs

Build rapport with customers and deliver outstanding service
Evaluate job scopes and provide on-site estimates
Safely lift and load items into trucks
Drive and maintain company box trucks
