Job description

You will manage and enhance HelloFresh's Referral program to drive customer growth. This role involves designing customer journeys and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies.

Berlin, on-site
3-5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing
Experience with Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus

The work

Design and execute end-to-end referral customer journeys across various channels
Develop segmentation strategies to target customers effectively
Define communication strategies and manage the full campaign lifecycle
Monitor key performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to improve referral performance
