Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange

Administer and develop Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid identity services
Automate manual processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
Plan and execute IT projects and migrations
Provide 3rd-level support for complex synchronization and authentication issues
