Job description

You will manage the Facilities Monitoring and Control System to ensure our production facility operates smoothly. Your role involves diagnosing issues, maintaining systems, and collaborating with vendors in Aachen, Germany.

Aachen, Germany, work from office
5+ years of experience with industrial SCADA and PLC systems
Solid experience with Siemens S7 PLCs
Good command of English; German is a strong advantage

The work

Operate, monitor, and maintain the SCADA system (Siemens WinCC OA)
Maintain and diagnose Siemens S7-1500 PLCs and adapt control logic
Plan and perform loop checks, tracing signals from field devices to operator screens
Investigate and resolve alarms and communication faults during live operation
