Join our customer service team to help ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely. You will handle inquiries and support our mission of providing high-quality vegan products.

Details

100% remote, work from anywhere in Germany
€16 per hour
10 to 20 hours per week
Currently enrolled in a university with at least three semesters left

The work

Handle customer inquiries in a friendly and solution-oriented manner
Manage assigned cases and keep track of open issues
Document customer concerns accurately and completely
Provide quick and friendly service even during high inquiry volumes
