Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field
Confident with MS Office, especially Excel
Good German and English language skills

The work

Validate and review incoming invoices
Coordinate and manage the invoice workflow end-to-end
Prepare and issue outgoing invoices
Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice-related queries
