You will support customers with the onboarding of smart energy devices in Berlin. This role involves technical support and self-service responsibilities related to energy management systems.

Details

Berlin, on-site work
€15 per hour
Ongoing studies, ideally in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
Technical experience through internships or projects

The work

Assist customers with remote onboarding of energy devices
Handle technical support cases related to connectivity and energy management
Analyze and document technical issues and system data
Maintain the Salesforce Knowledge Base and support internal teams
