You will support the team in analyzing and improving digital processes at Audi Business Innovation in Munich. This role involves working with various stakeholders to enhance service management and knowledge management using AI technologies.

Munich, work from office
Up to 20 hours per week for at least 6 months
Advanced Bachelor's or Master's student in relevant fields
Very good German and good English skills

The work

Analyze existing processes and identify improvement potentials
Model and visualize process landscapes for different stakeholders
Develop concepts for modern knowledge management and AI-supported systems
Support the evaluation of AI applications in service management and process automation
