  • Remote, United States
  • At least 6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java
  • Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

The work

  • Implement and optimize the AI SRE Teammate for customer environments
  • Proactively monitor customer deployments to ensure optimal product use
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and recommend best practices
  • Own customer implementations end-to-end, from discovery to production cutover
