Job description

Join our team as a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to integrate Ciroos into complex enterprise environments. You'll work closely with customers to optimize their deployments and ensure operational success.

Details

Remote, United States
At least 6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java
Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

The work

Implement and optimize the AI SRE Teammate for customer environments
Proactively monitor customer deployments to ensure optimal product use
Conduct post-incident reviews and recommend best practices
Own customer implementations end-to-end, from discovery to production cutover
