You will enhance the backend of an image recognition platform in Amsterdam. This role involves high-volume data processing and optimizing system performance.

Details

  • Amsterdam, hybrid work
  • €4,000–€5,500 gross per month, depending on experience
  • 32–40 hours per week
  • 2+ years of backend engineering experience

The work

  • Build and maintain the backend in Elixir and Phoenix
  • Develop pipelines for processing up to 500,000 images per day
  • Optimize PostgreSQL queries and schema design
  • Maintain CI/CD, Docker, queueing, monitoring and testing
